Since moving into legal recruitment in 2003, Alex has worked with private practice firms and in-house legal teams across the North to help them recruit talented legal professionals. He takes a supportive approach to candidates from providing specific job information, to comprehensive interview coaching and assisting with business plans. Beyond sourcing lawyers he regularly assist firms with salary bench marking and broader market information, and can often be found having a beer at various networking/sporting events. He joined Florit Brooke in the summer of 2011 after spending a number of years playing an integral part of the legal team at Hays Plc.
Outside of work Alex became a dad to a little boy called Fred at the beginning of 2011 and loves football, running, cycling and snowboarding when he gets the chance.
