Tony has been in recruitment since 1997, initially with Hays plc recruiting accountants, before switching to legal recruitment in 1999 with Sacco Mann. He has built strong relationships across the North in Private Practices large and small, acting for lawyers at all levels including partners. Having co-founded Florit Brooke in 2007, Tony is known for being refreshingly honest, but demonstrates time and again that the foundation of this approach is his detailed market knowledge and meticulous attention to supporting the candidate and client.

Tony plays golf occasionally, and is learning electric guitar on his beloved Sheraton 2. He enjoys weekends away as often as possible, and bakes exceedingly good Christmas cakes.
