Career History: Having graduated from Leicester University in 1997 Tony joined Hays plc and recruited accountants into industry in several markets around Yorkshire. In 1999 he switched to recruiting lawyers with Sacco Mann and made a significant impact in the market, later becoming Managing Consultant with them. He co-founded Florit Brooke in 2007.
