All candidate registrations and job applications will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the Data Project Act 1998 and Privacy Regulations 2003. We are committed to maintaining compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. The personal data contained within an individual’s CV, or a form submitted to us from this website, is managed by us as part of the process of receiving CVs/data to disclosing the data to prospective clients/third parties for the purpose of proposing individuals for permanent positions, (or contracts where relevant) for services with clients. Any data requested by clients/third parties, or the use of an individual’s CV for any purposes other than that described here will only be processed with the prior consent of the individual. We will retain individual’s details on our database for the purpose of finding them a potential role with a prospective company or firm, or for obtaining referrals of other individuals who may be of interest to clients. In addition to the above, we will use these details to notify individuals of potential jobs and opportunities, obtain referrals and recommendations, make individuals aware of news items, events and initiatives and to request updated information, from time to time. Individuals have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on them. This right is the “right to subject access” under the Data Protection Act. This right would only be restricted by law if it should infringe on the privacy of a third party. At any point in time individuals have the opportunity to un-subscribe by sending an e-mail to info@floritbrooke.com with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
