Career History: Miguel co-founded Florit Brooke in 2007. Prior to this, he was a Director at Taylor Root, where he launched the firm's successful Leeds office in 2000 and dealt with both private practice and industry recruitment - carving out a successful reputation in the latter. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and practiced for 3 years with Berwin Leighton and Addleshaw Booth & Co, before embarking on his recruitment career with Quarry Dougall/TMP.QD Legal.
