Miguel co-founded Florit Brooke in 2007 after 9 years in legal recruitment with Taylor Root and QD Legal. Before working in recruitment Miguel was a practising solicitor - initially in the City with Berwin Leighton Paisner and then Addleshaw Goddard.

He has recruited lawyers at all levels into both practice and industry. Now focused on industry, Miguel recruits lawyers into in-house legal departments throughout the UK across a range of industry sectors, and at all levels up to General Counsel.

Outside work, Miguel's prized possessions are his rowing machine, running shoes and iPod. He enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit, travel, the stockmarket (sometimes!) and is an occasional 'fair weather' scuba diver.
